Chasmin is blessed with innate organizational skills and patience to deal with a variety of directors, artists and designers.  Her leadership style is one that is a mixture of professional and laid back. She has the ability to be in charge, delegate to others as well as be a team player and take direction very well in all areas of her work. Chasmin’s greatest talents lie in her extreme loyalty to the company and project at hand. She is responsible, wise, trustworthy and hard working beyond her age.

There are those people you meet in life that have that glimmer in their eye: you know they love what they’re doing and they prove their talents and abilities time and again. Beyond a shadow of a doubt, Chasmin is that type of person. Her love of theater and of stage management continue to have a huge impact on the success of my solo show and I am grateful that our paths crossed.
